Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce CPQ (formerly SteelBrick)

CPQ is used by all the sales teams to generate quotes for clients and to facilitate contract creation

Pros

  • Quick creating of quotes for clients
  • Seamless integration with Salesforce
  • Checking product pricing for own reference

Cons

  • Tends to be a bit 'buggy' at times and doesn't always work 100% of the time
  • Because I can create quotes and contracts faster it frees up time for me to be more productive
  • Accurate pricing on contracts and less mistakes
I can't comment here as I have not used others
Very well suited for creating quick quotes and contracts
