Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce CMS

We are using Salesforce CMS as
CRM tool where we have all the business needs in one place such as Content
creation,managent,scheduling collboration many more things it does, Majority of
our organization data stored here. also it helps for the reports
that we use every business reviews that we have with the clients and
its secured as well.

Pros

  • It does great job in content organization and alligning as per our need
  • It has enormous potential to so various integrations which helps in data gathering.
  • I can confidently say that It has all Security norms set as needed to keep data safe.

Cons

  • Initial installtion could have been better
  • Still has bugs relating to graphs and in resolution kind of stuff.
  • Customization is not that simple
  • It saved lot of manual efforts in creating the content for our product while sales
  • For sales team this is one of the great tool and its helping us lot
  • Major benefit is its API integration so we can collite data easily
By keeping room for some more improvement I would consider 8 points out if 10 but it really works well when it comes to data or content creation also helps lot in clients reports and during sales also it helps alot

I am impressed with the current feautes whatever they giving definitely I will think of it and go for it again same product

I joined post the installtion so not aware much of it but as per feedback its not that hard to setup
Change management was minimal - Change management was minimal here as we are not dependent on that for the implementation hence.

Initial configuration is bit harder comperatively but later it wl be easy to use

Salesforce CMS Reliability

Its highly reliable when it comes to usage with high availability and robust infrastructure
Seen very least outages and it would took more time hardley not more than 10 mins that to with prior advance notice
Its very quick and not facing any issus in loading if we have good internet bandwidth then it works very well and doesnt gives any issues

Integrating Salesforce CMS

We have integrated CMS with Mulesoft tool for our internal usage to get some data and it works very well
