We are using Salesforce CMS as
CRM tool where we have all the business needs in one place such as Content
creation,managent,scheduling collboration many more things it does, Majority of
our organization data stored here. also it helps for the reports
that we use every business reviews that we have with the clients and
its secured as well.

Pros
- It does great job in content organization and alligning as per our need
- It has enormous potential to so various integrations which helps in data gathering.
- I can confidently say that It has all Security norms set as needed to keep data safe.
Cons
- Initial installtion could have been better
- Still has bugs relating to graphs and in resolution kind of stuff.
- Customization is not that simple
- It saved lot of manual efforts in creating the content for our product while sales
- For sales team this is one of the great tool and its helping us lot
- Major benefit is its API integration so we can collite data easily
