Sage 50 Premium Accounting

Overall Satisfaction with Sage 50cloud Accounting

We have used Sage for many years, it has been a trustworthy tool for our business enhanced by industry specific add ons. It is easy to use and provides clear information. We also use the ODBC drives to enable us to extract information exactly as we wish for reporting purposes.

Pros

  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Simple to use
  • Quick reports

Cons

  • The reporting tool needs updating, it is too cumbersome Microsoft Query in Excel is a far more flexible tool for Sage data
  • Sage is expensive compared to its competitors - it provides lots of unnecessary mandatory add ons.
  • Time saving, essential for RTI

Very easy to carry out bank reconciliations with bank feeds.
Preparing a VAT return is easy, there are some good reconciliation, and error checks which Sage 50cloud Accounting prompts you to consider before submission.
Construction Industry Scheme is very easy to administer and make monthly returns in a timely manner.
