Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

In the beginning of my employment I used Rippling for onboarding and HR tasks such as ordering a company laptop, setting up direct deposit, viewing paystubs, enrolling in benefits, and other primary HR functions. Soon in the new year we will be utilizing more functions that will be crucial for our day-to-day functioning.

Like I stated previously, Rippling does a good job of making sure all the features are easy to navigate and access. The layout is east on the eyes and and all of the functions are easy enough to understand. There have been times where I've struggled to find simple features I needed to get to, so no complaints here.
I've only used Rippling for a little over a month due to onboarding at my new company, but so far I really enjoyed just how easy it was to navigate the site and all of the functions, and it's very easy and quick to set up things such as direct deposit, benefits, and so on.
