Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use it for payroll, time off, and timesheets, and it worked well for the end user for each of those applications. It saved time for each of us, it was simple and pleasantly designed, and it was easy to explain to new employees, as well as intuitive. It integrated with Tilt, our leave of absence platform, as well. There were some problems with tracking work hours in different locations for tax purposes.

Overall end users have been happy with Rippling as well as people managers at our organization. Rippling was never a hard sell for new employees and the time off features, compensation tracking, and tracking for tax purposes all were well reviewed in our organization. Ease of use always seemed to be prioritized in its design.
Great for our organization of 50 plus, worked best when we had most folks working in the same location. Worked less well with more time sheet users working in multiple locations.
