Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Having employee information, payroll , ATS, Time Off app and review cycles at one place has been really helpful

Pros

  • Team members profile with main info
  • Applicant tracking system is very intuitive
  • Review cycles are easy to set up

Cons

  • A dashboard with main data and information like who is OOO, headcount info
  • Optimazing the contractors hub to ensure all bugs are fixed

Overall Rippling is great, but I feel like I’m still learning as I use it. So I’ll be able to have a better feedback in a couple os months
If you are looking for a solution to have all HR/payroll data at one place I recommend using Rippling, it’s really complete. I also like the reports and workflows that you can build and implementation team was great. I still feel Rippling is improving to be more intuitive and adjusting the UX so excited to see what the Rippling team will bring next based on users feedbacks
