Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

It is used for payroll both for employees and contractors or vendors. We can also use it to submit time off requests, see approvals, review paycheck stubs, submit expenses for reimbursement, review negotiations for new hires. There is so much one this one platform. It can even integrate with slack and zoom.

  • Organization of tabs to find what you are looking for
  • Support button is easy to locate for additional assistance
  • Email notification when something new shows on your profile
  • We just started using it but it's so efficient, ROI will be high

It's just efficient. As an employee using the platform it's super simple.
Well suited for a company with employees whether they are W2 employees, 1099 or vendors. It streamlines onboarding, payroll and time off requests. It is not well-suited for a company with less than 5 people.
