Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for payroll and learning/development. I use it from the Payroll side and have had no issues. The implementation was great. Very smooth transition from our previous payroll provider. After using it a year now I have encountered no issues. The customer service is top notch. They answer all questions quickly.

I always have tons of questions and their customer service is excellent. They always answer my questions quickly. Even when I am not exactly sure what I am asking, they seem to know and guide me to the solution. They have a self help tool that does actually help, but getting someone through the chat feature works very well.

I have received no questions from employees about how to do a certain thing in Rippling. Also from the Admin perspective, no issues. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Once you get past implementation, there is not a lot of work to be done within the portal other than adding expense reimbursements and approving payroll.
Rippling is great for payroll processing for organizations around 50 to 300 employees which is where the organization I work for is now at. I can imagine it could be an issue if your company has more than 10,000 employees due to having to register with each state yourself and keep up with all the tax notices.
