Overall Satisfaction with RingDNA
RingDNA is used by all the salespeople in our department (inside sales). It helps to dial the numbers with ease and also gives us the option of using a local number, which at times helps in getting connected with prospects. Its call disposition feature is also an add-on benefit, it makes it easy to log the outcome of the call. The main problem it addresses is increasing the call numbers of sales reps without putting in extra effort.
