Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral Meetings
We use RingCentral to add functionality to our CRM. The two main things we use it for are: 1) phone numbers with texting capability for our sales reps, and 2). demo requests and video conferences. It's a great tool and it helps connect our team and the technology that we use.

Cons
- Some of the features and functionality are not easy to find.
- It gets a little pricey if you want more features.
- After a meeting, it asks you to rate the meeting, which is kind of annoying every single time.
- More efficient team meetings (saved time).
- Better demo requests with potential clients.
- Better data integration with our CRM and calendar.
Ring Central is a great tool for larger teams. It's built on Zoom's platform, which is simply a very well made tool. People complain a lot about glitches and issues with Google Hangouts, but with Zoom and Ring Central, all we ever hear (and experience) are good things. So far it works great.
