Overall Satisfaction with Review Trackers

As part of our marketing department, we use reviewtrackers to monitor and respond to 14 different restaurants on multiple social media platforms.

Pros

  • Alert updates
  • Easy to navigate website
  • Easy to respond

Cons

  • Sometimes updates are slow
  • Better customer service due to notifications
  • But, most of the review sites already send notifications via email
This is the only tracking service I have used other than relying on the emails from the review sites themselves.
