Austral uses RegPack to register, manage, and charge our clients for the trips that they take with us, or to process invoices of less than $1,000.00 US. It is used across the organization, with almost everyone needing to view its data and/or manage it. RegPack allows us to look professional and offer a complete level of customer service to our clients.
Pros
- Set and forget payment plans, meaning less human intervention resulting in a reduction of errors.
- Collection of vital information on our clients, adding to their enjoyment while they are with us
- Creating professional and attractive registration pages, meaning that from the very first interaction with us, our clients get a sense of our seriousness and dedication to their experience.
Cons
- We work in a very niche market, and so have some very nice needs, especially in reporting. We are currently working with RegPack's development team to find a solution to this.
- Our ROI has been totally positive with RegPack. While it is not the cheapest option on the market, it's $$ to quality is second to none. We have been particularly impressed with the level of assistance that we receive from their team—any and every question, query, doubt has been addressed, and a solution has been found.
- RegOnline by Cvent (Discontinued)
Apart from the fact that RegOnline was discontinued, we have found that RegPack has met all of our needs and certainly exceeded our expectations in customer service. We were particularly pleased with the function that allows us to pre-set payment plans, and then basically forget. This means less human intervention, fewer errors, and happy clients.
