We are doing a POC for large scale VM migration from ESXI
Pros

- Virtual machines. Bringing up a single VM and shutting it down is fine. Does not work at scale.
- We are currently in a POC stage. The bulk of the effort is in getting reliability at large scale VMs.
We are hoping we can migrate our ESXi infrastructure to Red Hat OpenShift.
