It offers a lot of benefits that include getting us in front of a diverse audience, helping us interact with them and giving us a valuable source of content to pull from to help be part of the conversation.

Quora and Medium are both a great, free avenue to produce content and engage with your audience. Quora is more born from a Q&A site which attracts an audience that is searching for answers. The medium tends to attract people looking to add to the conversation. Overall, I think Quora has more social use and gives you more attention.
