Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

We use Qubit within our digital function across all Arcadia brands. Primary use is to deliver customer insight for us to test and deliver customer experience enhancements. Qubit runs the A/B tests for these enhancements and for testing other third party tools/services. Qubit is also used to deliver real time personalisation on our sites related to customer activity and product stock levels.

Pros

  • Data analysis and reporting to develop customer enhancements
  • Tools to robustly deliver multiple A/B tests across our platform
  • Conversion optimisation tools based on customer and business data inputs

Cons

  • Extend tools into other areas of personalisation
Engaged with Qubit at an early stage and saw that their approach to analytics and optimisation aligned with our digital strategies.
Qubit is well suited to robustly testing the incremental impact of activity, be it customer experience changes or martech implementations to justify or reduce further investment. It enables quick implementation and measurement of site A/B tests and the gathering of customer insight. It does have limitations in measuring and tracking off-site interactions and unifying them with onsite activity.
