Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

It is being used by our eCommerce team to improve general site functionality for a better user experience and to enhance customer acquisition through CRO. The site is having to handle larger amounts of traffic than previously and we are attracting a broader selection of prospective customers who have varied requirements.

Pros

  • Proactively provides recommendations on tests that could improve the experience of our website
  • Draws on their experience across multiple industries to provide better recommendations and execution for clients
  • Good customer service with an account team who are very keen to help you suceed

Cons

  • Some of the builds can take a long time to implement
  • More training on how to create, QA and launch tests ourselves
  • Central dashboard of all tests results to distribute to internal stakeholders
The purchase decision pre-dates my time at the company but we used it extensively in my previous company and felt their offering of testing, personalization with the customer data they have allows us to offer richer experiences. They offer competitive pricing and a constant stream of growth hacking ideas to help our business grow.
It is well suited for retail clients to help improve on site conversion rate (CR) and user experience. Cilents can achieve big gains within a few months of testing with the ability to segment tests by user type. It can be more challenging when working with clients who have stricter UX design requirements. Design vs. branding can inhibit Qubit's ability.
