Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

Qubit is used cross functionally throughout Marketing, Conversion Optimisation, Web Design, Customer Services etc, to optimise user journeys, test hypothesis and implement rapid changes.

Pros

  • Speed - Qubit allows you to make changes of varying levels of complexity rapidly
  • Internal expertise - you are able to have robust discussions with the internal team to develop and expand on hypothesised experiments
  • Availability - a great 'hands-on' and 'always on' approach from the team allowing flexibility to implement experiments

Cons

  • Cost - its a good product but it comes with a big price tag....
  • Still in early stages of product roll out but some strong ROI starting to show
Much stronger product with greater level support & account management.
TBA - renewal to be determined by the performance delivered over the contract period.
Pro - great if your platform has slow development cycles.

Con - less accessible in terms of cost for smaller operations.
