Overall Satisfaction with Pure360

We used the application for our email marketing campaigns which also included automation.
Within the email we used there ai functionality to populate elements within the email to showcase trending products or should the user have an account and some sort of purchase or search history... The application would use personalisation to target the user better.

Fir the price it's decent but budget depending you could probably invest in other tools that are more focused on certain areas/elements that the application tries to done as a one stop shop.

Customer service/account managers are also very welcoming and helpful when it comes to resolving any issues and questions.
