Hands Down Procore is the way to go!
Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We have been using Procore to manage all of our tracking from the prebid documents, bidding, RFI, RFPs, plans... everything that would have been tracked otherwise with excel spreadsheets for each topic.
Pros
- Submittals
- Drawings
- RFIs
- Daily Logs
- Change Orders
- Contracts
- Bidding Lists
Cons
- Implementation of Closeout Tracking/Use for Owners
- Increased Effciency
- Active Collaboration
We use Sage for our financial documents. We also use projects for our schedules. I feel like if schedules were a little bit more user-friendly to change right in procore it would get used more for us. Especially if the field personnel were able to use it with ease. Right now we are using excel in the field and then having to put it into procore.
It just logs everything for us that we would need. We no longer have errors that are being made because something is forgotten or misplaced. it's just all right there automatically completed for us instead... making human errors limited.
This software make it easier for people to collaborate together and effortlessly.
