Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Being used by all project managers, assistant project managers, estimators, field superintendents, accounting department, purchasing department and the owner. Streamlines the entry processes and centralizes information within an easy to navigate interface.
Pros
- Easy to navigate.
- Centralizes information and streamlines processes.
Cons
- unless all entities are using procore, advantages are minimized
- should be able to do everything you can on a tablet on a laptop with procore drive
procore has a much easier interface. procore is better when using on a mobile device
All field superintendents have access to their projects and the subs hired for particular jobs have access to select information which makes the daily responsibilities of a PM more streamlined. Daily reporting for supers has become standardized and photos are more or less instantaneously updated. Having the ability to mark up a drawing to show another user exactly what your concerns are has been very beneficial.
- Save time when looking up drawings on tablet or phone.
- Efficiency has increased since all project info is now centralized.
- RFI and CO processes are more streamlined which saves more time as well.
- Gain visibility into projects
- Ensure information is accessible and up to date
- Document job site conditions
- Report on incidents and inspections
- Identify job site risks
- Track cost impacts from the field
- Streamline financial reporting
- Improve forecast accuracy
