Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We are using Procore for as much as we can and are looking at how to utilize with and in place of other software our company uses. At first we started using for just the construction department but have now started including estimating/precon and are looking to include accounting.

Pros

  • Updated drawings. That is critical in construction because at the end of the day if you aren't building off the most current drawing then your building it wrong.
  • Submittal and shop drawings process. very fluid to get things approved.
  • Documentation and record keeping.

Cons

  • Submittals
  • QA/QC and punchlist
  • It saves a lot of time.
Procore is the jack of all trades and truly a one stop shop.
it can be utilized in almost every task that is needed.
