ProCore on the up-and-up
Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We have engaged ProCore across many departments in our company, and currently use it for pre-planning, project management, field management, and cost management.
Pros
- ProCore continually updates its software to include substantial improvements. They put a lot of emphasis on collecting feedback and improving based on user responses.
- ProCore serves as a centralized project management platform. Most facets of project management can be controlled in ProCore, and ProCore is integrating more and more features continually.
- ProCore's image recognition software makes drawing and submittal management much easier and alleviates data entry needs.
Cons
- Accounting features are still weak, despite their integration efforts.
- Photo Management is lacking integration with other features, however ProCore is already addressing this.
- Although they are testing BlueBeam integration for submittal management, the features of BlueBeam and BlueBeam Studio should be replicated in ProCore without multiple software subscriptions and needless integrations.
- Saves Time
- Improves organization of a project
- streamlines communications
ProCore was historically on the upper spectrum when compared to similar software programs. In the past year, ProCore has left the competition behind.
