Overall Satisfaction with Planview ProjectPlace
Planview ProjectPlace has allowed us to improve our software upgrade process as it makes all of the steps/tasks visual and allows for collaboration. We were able to reduce our process by 3 weeks.

Cons
- The project plan can be a little finicky to work with
- Love they have a checklist for cards on the board, however the text field can be hard to work with
- We were able to reduce our upgrade process form 12 weeks to 7 weeks
- We have been able to make the project management process plus task management more visible.
- We were able to reduce the number of status meetings by 50% due to the collaboration & updates available in the tool.

We have Platinum level support, that we paid for in our overall contract for all Planview products, however this level of support has been reclassified.
