Overall Satisfaction with Planview Enterprise One

we use Planview Enterprise One as our project management tool within the PMO team for managing & tracking projects, resource and capacity planning & annual planning
  • Project managing & tracking
  • Budget tracking
  • Capacity vs Demand Planning
  • Annual Planning
  • In my opinion it is very time consuming and has added a lot of additional work for PM's
  • Like the capacity vs. demand report - however wish we could drill down to the project task level assignments and demands from this report as well, instead of having to pull different reports and try to match up
  • From my experience, financials and effort actuals are never correct at any given time

Do you think Planview Portfolios delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with Planview Portfolios's feature set?

No

Did Planview Portfolios live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Planview Portfolios go as expected?

No

Would you buy Planview Portfolios again?

No

I feel the system is extremely non user friendly, clucky UI/UX, illogical logic or does not provide basic logic/functionality expected for project management as well as extremely admin heavy and difficult to learn

Using Planview Enterprise One

I feel it is very difficult to use, and very limiting and of over complicated in it's basic project management basic functions. In my opinion it is over engineered to the point of un-useful.
