Overall Satisfaction with PiiQ by Cornerstone

We use PIIQ for every employee in the organization. We use it/will be using it 4 times a year to measure the performance of our teams, and identify areas that require support and resources.

Pros

  • User-friendly
  • Easy overview and easy to use for first-timers.
  • Reporting.

Cons

  • Being able to select more than one person when approving goals.
  • Options to identify which people managers haven't approved goals, dine a review etc...rather then having to mimic each manager to see how they are going.
  • 360 Feedback to stakeholders outside the business.
  • Being able to remove a role that isn't being used in the organization anymore.
  • Learning and development is an area we are now able to measure more effectively.
  • Being able to engage and check in with our employee more regularly have received very positive feedback.
It's very easy to use, however, can be very slow and a lot of clicking.
It's been very easy to get ahold of Cornerstone, however, in saying that we also haven't had any issues because it's really been easy to use.
Cornerstone was introduced into the company before I started and believe it was to ensure we are able to manage our team's performance.
It is very user-friendly and very easy to use. It's great how easy you can make changes to the goals and subgoals.

A few of the things you mentioned are available in PiiQ, so I wanted to follow up to help ensure you have all the resources to best utilize the system. 1. Identify Approved Goals/Completed Reviews: As an admin, you are able to track goal setting and review progress across the entire organization. The Completion Progress Report provides administrators and managers detailed completion metrics for all key activities including goal setting, self review, manager review, and 360 feedback. 2. Remove A Role: You are able to remove roles in PiiQ, however, you cannot delete a role assigned to a person. First, you will have to assign a new role any employee in the "People" section with the role you wish to delete. Although there are a few features you mentioned that are not offered at the moment, we encourage you to visit our release portal to connect with our product team, and help them understand your needs!
