Overall Satisfaction with PiiQ by Cornerstone

Our entire organization utilizes PiiQ for performance management, feedback, and learning. The interface is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate. PiiQ's features allow our employees to strive for peak performance while supporting their careers and learning.

Pros

  • Intuitive interface. Nothing is more frustrating than trying to figure out a new system.
  • The performance management template is incredibly easy to navigate.
  • The administrator features are easy to use.

Cons

  • PiiQ could improve on the print format of performance reviews. Our managers and employees have commented on the lack of quality when they print out a performance review. It is difficult to find information.
  • More customization features such as template creation.
  • Employees are 100 percent engaged in our performance review process and activities scheduled throughout the year.
  • Since we have the ability to customize the review template, I have been able to add a section during our review process that addresses career development for our employees. As a result, I find that more employees are productive during goal setting and during each review process.
The best and easiest interface I have used in my 11-year career.
Support is phenomenal! Easy to use, always receive a timely response.

I will say it again, PiiQ is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Minimal training for employees is needed.
