We leverage PFL to assist us in automating direct mailing to patients after they have virtual appointments with our clinical pharmacists. We have integrated directly with PFL via our cloud-based software to send them PDFs at a specific point in our clinicians' workflow, at which point PFL prints & mails them daily on our behalf.
