Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io

Currently, Pendo is being used by our product development and data analytics team but will likely be rolled out to additional departments/users in the coming 12-18 months. It gives us great insight into how our users are using products and apps- capturing their behavior and seeing which features are driving engagement.

Pros

  • Data analytics to determine how and why users are engaging with our products.
  • Guides/walkthroughs to simplify the experience and target based on demographics, usage, feedback, etc.
  • NPS Surveys & Polls.

Cons

  • Hard to tell since we are in the early stages of usage, but will know more in the coming months.
  • User behavior, attribute tracking helps us identify possibly churn situations or consistency of retaining our install base.
Pendo.io is a more robust platform whereas WalkMe provides about half of the functionality and not nearly the same road map for innovation.
Surveys to identify the stage of a customer in their customer journey.
Helps our teams mold conversations around usage, areas for improvement and areas at which they excel.
