Pros
- Access to Employee Information
- Flow from one module to the other
- Options for HR modules
Cons
- Customer Service - needs employees that understand the WHOLE product not just one module
- Reporting can be more standardized for Benefit & HR commonly used reports
- Have better way to make changes to GL
- Overall this allows us to have up to date data, but the levels of setup can be very confusing and not easily updated.
- Having to deal with multiple departments rather than one or two specific service managers that understand the product completely as well as our business would be very beneficial
- A master HR Dashboard would be helpful to see on a dashboard pending items needing attention versus having to remember to manually login to each area.
They often "act up" without any reasoning as to why.
Our managers enjoy using them for our "on the ground" employees that they do not get face to face time with as often.
Paylocity is "easier" to use, but there is still room for improvement.
