Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is our everything from payroll to a documentation vessel. We are a department of 2 for over 175 employees with 10 locations.

Pros

  • Communication on Updates
  • Staying on top of federal changes
  • Keeping in the know

Cons

  • The performance review feature. Need the ability to create a review without the other stuff there. We pay for it now and cannot use it
  • Payroll processing has too many steps and is very busy visually
  • More functionality on the self service portal. Would love the ability as an administrator to edit more.
  • ROI has been good in terms of helping keep costs down in HR
It’s given me more time to do other things in HR
This area is very underutilized in our business. Will focus on this more in the new year.
