Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Our company uses Paylocity for HRIS and payroll. We are also utilizing Paylocity for recruitment, onboarding, etc. I am in Paylocity daily reviewing timecards, HR actions, etc.
Pros
- Tracks time for timecards
- Tracks any HR Changes
- I enjoy the reminders for end of year to-dos
Cons
- I wish the time off balances were a little more streamlined
- I wish customer service wait times were less
- I wish I didn't have to book a time on my account managers calendar
- Reduced the amount of errors
- Reduced administrative time due to processes being def into all of our other platforms
- reduced the amount of paper being used due top everything electronic.
They have reduced the amount of human error, reduced the time of tedious tasks as well as reduced the payroll time. The automation of Paylocity has been really beneficial.
We utilize surveys a lot for exit interviews, new hire surveys, employee pule, etc. These surveys have been helpful to hear important feedback.
