Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
As the HR Manager, I use Paylocity for onboarding, employee records and payroll. It helps to keep everything organized electronically in one place.
Pros
- Time Keeping
- scheduling time off
- reminders for holidays / other legal must knows
Cons
- Initial new company/ use training. It was very overwhelming with lots of different people and groups involved. It was not explained as such in the beginning and it was hard to keep up.
- PEAK Articles - laying all information out on one page for a one subject matter, rather than having to click into mulipule screens
- Faster response times from Service
- The onboarding link fails every time we have a new hire.
- Reports are difficult to use and create.

Having automated time and labor reports that are downloaded to Payroll saves hours per week.
