Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity has proven to be an invaluable tool for managing our employee data and various HR functions. We use it extensively for employee data management, payroll, time and attendance, performance tracking, recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement, and it excels in many of these areas. I would recommend it to other small to midsize organizations seeking a scalable and customizable HR solution.
Pros
- Simplicity & User Experience.
- Customization
- All-in-One Solution.
- Implementation
Cons
- Ticketing System.
- Lack of features in recruiting module.
- Reduced Time Expenditures.
Yes, onboarding is significantly faster, and we can devote less time to what was previously a very manual process with UKG.
We love the Community feature! We have found that our employees use it frequently and it is a great way to build engagement in our organization.
We were a previous client of UKG and had a horrible implementation followed by several years of problematic software. Everything is "bolted" on, so nothing talks to each other despite what sales will tell you. They have merged so many products that one incorrect field can break an entire module. Employee benefits and deductions would flat-out disappear, and support had no idea why. Customer Service and Account Managers are non-existent, and they continued to take payments from our bank account after our contract had been severed. We have to initiate legal action almost one year later as they won't return the overpayments, but you can't get to the right department to figure out why.
