Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity as our all-encompasing HRIS system. We process payroll, recruit, administer benefits, house employee information, etc. Paylocity has helped us streamline all HR functions into one, easy to use platform.

- More templates for hr actions and workflows would be great
- A ticketing system for support tickets where everyone on my team can review and access
- Reduced time expenditures

- Ability to house US and outside countries in one platform
Payroll and time tracking has been simple and streamlined. It would be useful if Paylocity could process international payroll instead of using BlueMarble.
Community has been a huge benefit of Paylocity. Employees post pictures of company events, send shout-outs, and get recognized for anniversaries and birthdays.
Paylocity has been a significant improvement compared to using ADP. We can house our US and Canada employees all in one platform. The system is easy to navigate, and the reporting and data analytics is visually appealing. Overall no regrets moving to the new system.

Using Paylocity
450 - From an admin perspective, we have about 6 admin. They are all on our HR team. Outside of that, our entire organization has an account through Paylocity. This includes Sales, General Management, Distribution.
6 - Paylocity doesn’t need much day to day support. We have a person dedicated to system updates and maintenance, and then the rest of my team utilizes the features in a daily basis.
