Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
HRIS/Payroll processing. Used daily, main advisor on additional programs/services/policies. Payroll is done biweekly with two companies, exempt and non exempt staff Also use onboarding and benefit enrollment/401K through the system with feed.
Pros
- Reports are easy to create and manipulate to our needs
- Processing can be done fairly quickly without many changes
- Wait time on resubmittals is fast
- System use is easy to learn
Cons
- Dedicated Customer Service Representatives
- Overnight shift total calculations
- Customer service response
- Not all reports can be run in excel and/or pdf versions
- In the beginning it was difficult to transfer all information we needed to the new software
- return of payroll previews are very quick, avoids waiting
- Ease of program use. Always changing and trying to upgrade views

self service portal is a game changer. No longer can employees say that the company did not take enough taxes out of their paychecks. They are responsible for all of these changes.
