Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is used for HR and Payroll. Paylocity helps us not have to do as much manual entry.

Pros

  • Easier review of payroll preprocess
  • Easier access to time card updates

Cons

  • Best suited for midsize and large businesses
  • Customer Service is lacking
  • reduced errors from manual entry
Allows employees to have more control through the self-service portal. Payroll processing takes much less time.
We are still trying to get employees to use Impressions more. It is slowly gaining traction.

We have a scheduled bi-weekly meeting with or Paylocity rep. Paylocity rep. has NOT shown up for the past 3 meetings. We were not sent any notice of cancellation. We sit on the call for about 10 minutes each time before shutting it off. This is a waste of our time.
