Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use it as an all-around HRIS and Payroll system. We have recently started exploring the use of the Learning Management System.

Pros

  • Dedicated Service and Support
  • Simplistic Design

Cons

  • Very limited advanced functionality
  • Reporting module
  • There is nothing to add for this
Paylcoity has very few automation tools currently built.
Once you pay for the upgraded or enhanced features these tools are fantastic.
Paylocity was chosen for us by executives who do not use the actual product. For a company our size a different product would be better.

Paylocity is great for a company of a smaller size that has a dedicated resource to manually make changes. There is very little in the way of automation which makes Paylcoity a challenge for a larger size company as most things that are needed to be done are manual.
