Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is used across the entire company, as our payroll, vacation, and time tracking

Pros

  • Payroll

Cons

  • Time tracking can be painful
  • Requesting days off and approving them is downright painful
  • Constant issues with requests of time off
  • I was simply a user of this but i knew it was significantly cheaper than our prior system we used.
Again the biggest issue we encountered was issues with requesting time off. It was not straightforward or intuitive at all for anyone.
