Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use PandaDoc for forms publishing to send to our customers for initial site analysis and also to handle all our contract documents with our customers and vendors

Pros

Ease of contract digital signatures
Provides good information for the progress tracking of document
Easy to onboard new users within our orginazation

Cons

Be able to reduce fonts for signature line due to space constraint in documents being signed

Return on Investment

Quicker turn around on our contracts
Very cost effective product for our company

Document Creation

We really upload our PDFs to the system for use. But we have utilized the forms creation to help with a more automated approach to site analysis with our customers

Streamlining Communication

We have received great feedback on the mobile-friendly eSignature capabilities, and I also like the notifications I receive for our documents. We have not used the tools within the application

Works for well for our documents to provide a professional introduction for our customers

We use for contracts within our organization and our customers and it works very well for us. We have not had the need to use all the features of this product but the ones we use work great for us
