Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

PeopleSoft HCM is used for HR and Payroll solutions across the whole organization.

  • Selective adoption where users can upgrade in frequent intervals
  • Fluid User Interface - Supporting mobile and rendering based on device
  • Continuous upgrade of features and enhancements
  • Simplified Analytics - Enables users to create their own reports

Cons

  • Company directory can be more configurable
  • My Team in MSS can be more configurable
  • Add more fields in Guided Self Service
  • Streamlining of business process
  • Reduce time and effort for payroll and employee data management
  • Adaption by users and less training

Oracle PeopleSoft HCM is well suited for Payroll Processing where all the required legislation are catered to and country-specific business requirements are taken into account. Features delivered can be made configurable where businesses can decide based on their requirements and avoid customization.
