Overall Satisfaction with OnPay
[It's] used across the whole agency. It makes payroll processing easy to use and the customer service has been excellent from initial setup, agency changes with how we process payroll, and added incentives with regards to bonuses, 401k, etc. I have yet to discover any changes needed for our company.
