Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Contact Center
We use Nextiva Contact Center to handle all of our calls coming in. We forward calls to other departments. We also create the users and assign phones to each user. We set up the voicemails and helped them use the app on their phones. We really don't have any business problems since switching.

Nextiva Contact Center is much cheaper and has a bigger following online. I rarely hear any complaints and so they are the best in the business. They stack up by being number one. Everyone else is trying to compete and be like them but they won't even come close. It's simple enough with a phone system.
