Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We decided to change our service over to Nextiva Business Phone Service to be able to use an auto attendant and route calls, going from 5 lines that were not connected to a hunt group were people can choose the person they want to speak to has made a giant difference to the way we interact with our customers.
