Nextiva is the top platform in our bussiness. We have a daily communication between our customers and internally. It help us to speed everything up and connect with everyone

Pros

  • good connectivity
  • communication can be through call or message
  • great analytics dashboards

Cons

  • pop up calls are tedious
  • would be good to have the ability to send messages to numbers not saved
  • it has a best value in terms of cost productivity,having efficient communication to prevent future issues
  • Customers can get an immediate answer
  • it reduced the missed calls level to a 40%

the calls are registered only after a voicemail comes up, would be great to have all calls detected to have a better accuracy of calls made
