Efficient CRM Tool
Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite
Netsuite serves as our CRM and is utilized by our Sales team, and our accounting department uses it for accounts payable, receivable, and employee reimbursement tracking. It helps to ensure customer contracts are renewed on time, that all of our users have access, and that all invoices (incoming and outgoing) are paid.
Pros
- NetSuite is user-friendly and intuitive. When I first used the system to submit a reimbursement request, the process was simple and the functions are easy to use.
- Pulling reports from the system is simple and you gather a lot of useful data.
Cons
- We discovered that there were multiple customers in the system under different account numbers. It would be helpful if the system would produce an error if a customer name was attempted to be entered twice. This led to multiple users from the same company listed under different account numbers.
- It's getting a little expensive at each renewal.
- While the cost of the system is expensive, it has increased productivity and streamlined our processes.
- Not a member of any user groups
Before getting NetSuite, we were using very old systems (I am not sure of the names). Our systems had not been updated for 10+ years. Making the decision to implement NetSuite was much needed in order to become more efficient and manage our increased customer base.
