Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use Monday.com to organize all my work projects and their tasks. It keeps me sane and on track by allowing me to set priorities and due dates, add notes, and set start, progress, and completion statuses. It has a lot of customizability built in, which makes it quite flexible.

  • Allowing customizations on free accounts.
  • Better column pinning.
  • Drag and drop documents in the side menu.
  • More efficient project management.
  • Work load management.
There are a few components that are not intuitive to navigate or figure out. Email automations need quite a lot of testing.
I haven’t used their customer support services yet.
It is an excellent project management resource, and I will keep using it as long as it has a free account option. I’ve never been more organized with my work. I wish I had known about it in my previous job.
