Overall Satisfaction with Mixpanel

We use it to segment the data that we receive from our platform and how the users interact with it. We can understand how each user utilises the platform and we can show case them these data to explain what parts of the platform are not used , which teams use use the most and how we improve the experience for the rest

Relativity easy to use. Once you get the hang of it, very easy to create dashboards for different use cases. I split my dashboards between customers or use cases
We actually use both. Mixpanel is more customisable for me. Tableau has more fixed data

For me, it’s a good tool to showcase my customer how their teams are using our platform. We can see they x part of our platform might not be utilised to 100% so it’s a good way to convince them to focus more on that
