Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Used within an internal project to help manage our tasks and overall project. We were able to assign tasks to multiple folks which helped us with accountability. Also helped us view what has been completed and what needs to continue to be worked on. It was used within one department, but I believe others in the org also use it.

Alternatives Considered

Azure DevOps Server (formerly Team Foundation Server)

Miro was nice to use for a smaller project that did not involve other aspects like coding.

Likelihood to Recommend

Miro is good to help manage small projects. I haven't used it with a bigger project, but it was perfect to manage less than 25 tasks that were spread across more than 5 users. It is good if you have more than one project manager managing a project as well.
