They could change the way it alerts us to upgrade our plan, since it’s too intrusive
If you’re using the free plan, you’re able to create only 3 documents
Could have better annotation system

It really helps us better organize our ideas, so we don’t waste time on project development
It helps us to prevent future problems while developing our CMS admin
It’s always accessible, so we’re able to work with documents wherever we are

Alternatives Considered

I’ve tried Mindnode for Mac, but it’s a native app, so MindMeister is always accessible (as a web application) and has even more features.

I really like to use MindMeister whenever I’m structuring data input for our content management system (CMS), it really helps us.
I think it’s not that great to use as a management tool, since it’s rather simple in terms of functionality.
