Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
I use Microsoft Teams for setting up virtual team meetings. Microsoft teams allow my work team to meet virtually and share each other screens to walk through processes and train or show how to execute a particular task. Microsoft Teams also allows for uploading files for the team to access whenever needed versus having to email a file each time.
- Microsoft Teams allows for setting up a virtual meetings very easy.
- Microsoft Teams allows for sharing team members screens to walk through processes seamless. The team members are able to see it visually which is very helpful.
- Microsoft Teams allows for files to be store for easy access by team mates. This helps reduce the need to email files back and forth between colleagues.
- Sometimes gaining access into a meeting can be confusing, whether to select enter meeting via Web or Teams.
- Microsoft Teams do not work well on certain web browser which can cause meeting entry delays.
- When using the share screen feature, the person sharing the screens is never certain that everyone can see them sharing. Maybe adding an indicator that the person is now in screen sharing mode may be helpful.
- Microsoft Teams literally save the day for allowing for ability to meet virtually with co-workers and stay on top of tasks and deliverables throughout the Pandemic.
- Microsoft Teams has allow for much file sharing all in one place for users to access without the need for emailing files.
- Microsoft Teams has allow for training through the use of the screen sharing feature.
